Ndola Trust School is situated on Plot No. 578 Freedom Way, Kansenshi - Ndola.

BACKGROUND

The school was owned and run by Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines (ZCCM) from 1973 to 1999. In January 2015, it became a self-sustaining, state-owned enterprise. The school is multi-cultural with enrolment from Primary to Secondary School.

POSITION: TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS AND ANY NATURAL SCIENCE

Engagement: September, 2026

JOB SUMMARY:

Teach learners holistically from Form 1 to Grade 12.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Grade 12 Certificate

- 25 to 35 years of age

- Minimum of three years of teaching experience

- Good interpersonal skills

- Basic communication skills (oral and written)

- Ability to work independently and as a team member

- Bachelor’s Degree with Education from a reputable university

- Master’s Degree is an added advantage

- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Teach learners from Form 1 to Grade 12

- Prepare quality tests and administer them on time

- Assess learners’ performance and provide timely feedback

- Form learners holistically

- Provide parental guidance and counselling to learners
