As part of the commencement of a new project in North-Western and Copperbelt Province, the company is inviting suitably qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. Drill Supervisor (02 Positions)
Job Purpose
Provide effective on-site safety leadership while ensuring optimal production from assigned drill rigs through supervision, coaching, and operational management.
Main Duties
Provide day-to-day safety leadership and ensure compliance with HSE, legislative, and company requirements.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Identify training needs and implement approved training plans.
Monitor training standards and provide feedback to management.
Supervise drilling operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance reporting is completed on time.
Monitor crew performance and enforce operational standards.
Requirements
Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
Minimum 4 years' drilling experience (excluding offsiding) in RC, Diamond, RAB, and Water Bore Drilling.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Drill Supervisor.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage drill crews.
Must pass a pre-employment medical examination.

2. Diamond Driller (03 Positions)
Job Purpose
Achieve optimal production through safe, efficient, and professional drilling operations.
Main Duties
Conduct drilling operations in line with company and client requirements.
Operate diamond and RC drill rigs safely.
Train and mentor drilling crews.
Apply industry best drilling practices.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Conduct inspections, maintenance checks, and servicing.
Perform preventative maintenance and assist with repairs.
Maintain accurate operational records.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' drilling experience (excluding offsiding).
Experience in RC exploration, grade control, and diamond drilling.
Experience operating booster and auxiliary equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Knowledge of drill rigs, hydraulics, truck, and Land Cruiser mechanics.
Strong safety awareness.
Must pass a pre-employment medical examination.

3. Driller Assistant (06 Positions)
Job Purpose
Support drilling operations while maintaining high safety standards.
Main Duties
Assist the Driller with daily drilling activities.
Handle drill rods, equipment, and consumables safely.
Prepare, mark, and store samples correctly.
Maintain housekeeping around the drill site.
Assist with rig mobilization and setup.
Record drilling and production data.
Promote safe work practices.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Mining or drilling experience is an added advantage.
Physically fit.
Able to work in remote locations and rotational shifts.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's licence is an added advantage.

4. Driver (03 Positions)
Job Purpose
Safely transport employees, equipment, and materials while supporting drilling operations.
Main Duties
Operate light vehicles and buses safely.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections.
Report accidents and vehicle defects.
Transport employees to and from project sites.
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.
Comply with traffic regulations.
Transport approved materials.
Escort visitors where required.
Support housekeeping and environmental compliance.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Valid PSV and Class C or CE Driver's Licence.
Minimum 3 years' experience in mining or remote-site driving.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations.
Defensive driving certificate is an added advantage.
Strong communication skills.
Must pass a pre-employment medical examination.

5. Chef (02 Positions)
Job Purpose
Prepare quality meals while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Main Duties
Prepare and cook meals.
Present and serve food to high standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
Monitor stock and inventory.
Ensure proper food storage and rotation.
Comply with food safety standards.
Reduce food wastage.
Assist with menu planning.
Operate kitchen equipment safely.
Supervise kitchen assistants where required.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Certificate or Diploma in Food Production, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field.
Experience as a Chef or Cook in a camp, hospitality, or mining environment.
Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
Good organizational and teamwork skills.

6. Cleaner (03 Positions)
Job Purpose
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
Main Duties
Clean offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and washrooms.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
Empty waste bins.
Replenish cleaning supplies.
Dust furniture, windows, and equipment.
Report maintenance issues.
Store cleaning equipment properly.
Assist with event setup and cleanup.
Follow health and safety standards.
Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is an added advantage.
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
Ability to work independently.
Good attention to detail.
Physically fit.
Honest, reliable, and punctual.
