Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

Are you passionate about using data to drive social impact? Do you have experience in monitoring and evaluation, and want to contribute to transforming young people's lives through creativity?

 Circus Zambia is looking for a full-time Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer.

In this role, you'll help measure and communicate the impact of our programmes, strengthen our monitoring systems, analyse data, and support organisational learning and growth.

We're looking for someone with:

 Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation or data analysis

 Strong Excel skills

 Experience with KoboToolbox 

 Basic knowledge of SQL

 Excellent analytical and report-writing skills

 A passion for youth development and social impact
