SHOP MANAGER
COMPANY: BWANA BET - LUSAKA
Starting: immediately
Pay: K4000
Experienced retail shop manager required to manage customer service, staff and revenue.
DUTIES:
1. Managing staff and shop operations, working to increase levels of sales, maintaining a very high level of customer service.
2. Accurate financial reporting of shop revenues and managing staff reports.
3. Building relationships with clients
4. Keeping the shop clean and resolving all shop issues in a timely manner
REQUIRED qualifications:
+3 years of management experience in retail.
OVER 25 years of age, must be mature and responsible.
Able to communicate very clearly.
Capable to resolve problems and tasks without supervision.
