2. LINE CHEF – BRAAI & PIZZA STATIONS
KEY DUTIES
- Prepare braai, grilled items, and pizzas.
- Maintain food quality and presentation.
- Control portions and minimize wastage.
- Keep kitchen and workstations clean and hygienic.
- Support stock control and fast service.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate preferred.
- 1–3 years' experience as a Cook, Grill Chef, Pizza Chef, or Line Chef.
- Good food hygiene and food safety awareness.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

3. RESTAURANT/BAR MANAGER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily restaurant and bar operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff.
- Control stock, conduct cash-ups, and ensure financial accountability.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service.
- Handle customer service and complaints.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all licences, policies, and statutory requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in hospitality.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and stock control skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Valid NRC and Police Clearance (or able to obtain).
