𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

✅ Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field

✅ Proven experience in Sales & Marketing (real estate experience is an added advantage)

✅ Proficiency in 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐟𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

✅ Valid driver's license (preferred)

✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills
