BOUTIQUE SALES ASSISTANT
YOUR ROLE
- Welcome every customer with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Manage stock, pricing, and inventory with attention to detail.
- Respond to customer enquiries online.
- Assist with content creation, including taking quality product photos and videos when required.
- Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum College Certificate (Grade 12 holders may be considered with relevant work experience).
- Previous experience working in a clothing store.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Confident with social media.
- Able to showcase products and engage with customers online.
- Positive attitude.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must reside in areas close to Woodlands.
