- Patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Grade 12 Certificate or any other school certificate.

3. DELIVERY RIDER
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be between 25–30 years.
- Must have a valid motorcycle riding licence.
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Rider is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of roads within Lusaka.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate packages.
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Able to use a smartphone for calls, WhatsApp, and GPS/Google Maps.
- No criminal record (Police Clearance is an added advantage, if required).
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays when needed.
