Spectrum Credit Limited is pleased to announce its 2026-2027 Graduate Trainee Programme, a comprehensive initiative designed to develop future leaders in Zambia’s financial services sector through structured training, guided mentorship, and practical departmental rotations—providing graduates with the professional competencies to excel in sales, operations, credit, compliance, and customer‑focused financial solutions while building a pathway to long‑term growth and leadership in the finance and credit industries.

Location: Head Office, Lusaka

Programme Structure

Selected candidates will rotate across diverse functions, with each assignment guided by clear targets and outcomes monitored by HR and host teams.

Sales & Customer Service – Client onboarding, account management, credit structuring, and customer support across our three core products

Credit Department – Loan processing, documentation, and credit assessment.

Collections Department – Recovery procedures and customer account management.

Operations and Product Innovation – Business operations, process optimization and new product development

Key Features

Training – Structured training plan facilitated by industry experts to enable skills transfer

Buddy System – Workplace coaching and navigation support.

Journals – Reflections, progress notes, and learning evidence.

Performance Reviews – Monthly reviews to track progress and growth.

Placement Opportunities – Top performers may be placed into permanent roles by programme completion.

Access Devices – Tablets or laptops may be provided to aid in the completion of tasks

Requirements:

2025 – 2026 Graduates from a reputable University holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Sales & Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Science, Production Operations or other related programs.

Open-minded, highly motivated, willingness to learn with a growth mindset

Be adaptable and conform to Spectrum’s culture

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities.
