Position: Drivers x10

Location: Luapula, Muchinga and Northern Provinces

A reputable organization is seeking to recruit qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individuals to fill the position of Driver. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services while ensuring compliance with road safety regulations and organizational policies.

 *Minimum Qualifications*

• A Full Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate.

• A valid Class C1 Driver's License or higher.

• A minimum of five (5) years' driving experience in a similar role.

• A clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety.

• Defensive Driving Training and Certification will be an added advantage.

• First Aid Training and Certification will be an added advantage.

• Previous experience working in an NGO in a similar role will be an added advantage.

• Must be 30 years of Age or above.

*Required Competencies*

• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.

• Good knowledge of vehicle mechanics, a certificate in car maintenance is an added advantage.

• Fluent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Working knowledge of Computers: Microsoft Word and Excel.
