CORE ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers' technical problems and provide assistance with solar batteries and Invertors.

 Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair problems with solar system components, including panels, batteries, and other electrical equipment.

Customer follow-up: Ensure customer issues are resolved satisfactorily by following up after service has been provided.

Training: Train sales agents and other technicians on the proper operation and installation of solar products.

Documentation: Document all work performed, including components used and actions taken.

Customer education: Advise customers on the proper operation of their equipment and educate them on solar power solutions. 

CORE & GENERAL COMPETENCIES

Knowledge of electrical systems like Batteries (Lemeon, Lux watt Dyness) and Invertors (Must, Lux Power and SRNE)

Experience with solar installation or electrical work is highly desirable

Customer Service 

Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.

Analytical abilities and attention to detail. 

QUALIFICATIONS

Grade Twelve (12) Certificate

Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or a related field
