Position Details

Location: Chalala
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Store Manager/Supervisor

We are looking for a Shop Assistant to provide excellent customer service, handle cash and electronic payments, assist customers, and help with stock management.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Good communication & basic numeracy skills
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
  • Prior cashier/customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

Position Details

Location: Chalala
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Shop Manager

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated Assistant Shop Supervisor to support daily shop operations, supervise staff, handle cash transactions, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Certificate in Business Studies, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Previous retail experience at supervisory level
  • Strong leadership, communication & numerical skills
  • Honest, innovative, and able to work with minimal supervision
