🎯 Office Assistant Role

Reporting Structure

Will be reporting to the School Director.

  • Will perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and to mails.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience within the school.
  • Carry out enrollment of new learners and their orientation.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records as needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly financial and enrollment reports.
  • Manage the BLUE PARK ACADEMY social media pages (whatsapp and Facebook) by marketing the school, sharing announcements and updates.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
