Responsibilities
Safely transport Site Materials
Drive Staff to and from scheduled appointments, events, and meetings.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, conducting regular inspections and address minor issues promptly.
Plan efficient routes to ensure punctuality and comfort during travel.
Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Uphold high levels of confidentiality and discretion
Communicate effectively with the company staff to coordinate schedules and travel arrangements.
Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and Materials.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and coordinate service appointments as required.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Basic Mechanical routine maintenance will be an added advantage
