Nchelenge Town Council invites suitably qualified, motivated, and hardworking Zambian citizens to fill 36 temporary contractual positions for three (03) months, supporting the Local Authority during data capturing and records management for the Cash for Work programme.

Number of Positions

*Total:* thirty-six (36) positions available across Nchelenge District.

*Distribution:* two (02) positions per ward across all 15 Wards of Nchelenge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurate capture and validation of data.
2. Updating and maintaining electronic and manual records.
3. Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, confidentiality, and integrity.
4. Assisting in data retrieval and preparation of reports.
5. Any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 School certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (added advantage).
• Must be honest, disciplined, self-motivated with high integrity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Zambian citizen, resident of Nchelenge District (must indicate ward in application).
• Age: 18 – 45 years.
