📌 Requirements
Strong communication skills (English + Nyanja) and negotiation skills.
Must work early mornings in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, organized, and disciplined work habits.
Basic skills in Excel, WhatsApp, and record-keeping.
Proximity to Lusaka town for 06:00 reporting.
Age range: 23-30.
📝 Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee daily shop operations – supervise staff, coordinate offloading, and maintain workflow.

Manage inventory and customer orders – monitor stock, solicit and follow up on orders.

Handle payments and records – track payments & credit customers, maintain reconciliations.

Prepare and submit reports – deliver timely operational performance reports.
⏰ Working Hours
06:00–17:00 Monday to Saturday.
Frequent overtime paid in cash (must be willing to work extra when necessary).
