💰 1. CASHIER
Cashier Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle cash, mobile money, and POS transactions accurately
Issue receipts and maintain proper records of sales
Balance cash at the end of each shift
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
Cashier Qualifications & Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Accounts, Finance, or related field is an added advantage
Previous experience as a cashier will be an advantage
Honest, reliable, and computer literate
💡 Note: Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions is crucial for this position.
☀️ 2. SOLAR TECHNICIAN
Solar Technician Duties & Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair solar systems
Conduct site assessments and system troubleshooting
Ensure proper wiring, mounting, and adherence to safety standards
Provide technical support to customers
Prepare installation reports
Solar Technician Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Solar Technology, or related field
Proven experience in solar installation
Knowledge of inverters, batteries, and solar panels
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🔧 Note: Technical expertise in renewable energy systems is essential for this role.
📊 3. SALES ASSISTANT
Sales Assistant Duties & Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries
Promote and sell company products and services
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales
Maintain proper product knowledge
Achieve sales targets and provide customer support
Sales Assistant Qualifications & Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business is an added advantage
Good communication and customer service skills
Computer literacy and basic knowledge of IT products will be an advantage
