1. Gardeners (6 positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine gardening: mowing, pruning, watering, planting, fertilizing
  • Maintain lawns, flower beds, hedges & trees
  • Support event setup & cleanup
  • Identify & treat pests or plant diseases safely
  • Operate & maintain gardening tools, machinery & irrigation systems
  • Keep all outdoor areas clean, safe & hazard-free
  • Report damages or safety issues immediately
  • Follow health, safety & environmental guidelines

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Minimum 1 year gardening/landscaping experience
  • Knowledge of plant care, pest control & irrigation systems
  • Flexible for evenings, weekends & public holidays
  • Reliable, punctual, team-oriented, positive attitude
  • Passionate about plants & outdoor maintenance

2. Housekeeper / Cleaner (3 positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean assigned areas: event spaces, suites, restrooms, offices
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust & wipe surfaces on schedule
  • Sanitize high-contact areas & dispose of waste properly
  • Replenish supplies and respond to spills/breakages
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas
  • Handle cleaning chemicals & equipment safely
  • Follow hygiene & safety standards
  • Complete cleaning checklists & assigned schedules
  • Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail & time management
  • Flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  • Knowledge of cleaning products & safety practices
  • Polite, reliable, professional, positive attitude
  • Good communication & teamwork skills
  • Trustworthy, responsible & self-motivated
