Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and support day-to-day store operations.
  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage inventory: receiving stock, doing stock counts, and restocking shelves.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales area.
  • Monitor product expiry dates and maintain proper product rotation.
  • Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
  • Support sales promotions and ensure appealing, compliant product displays.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven FMCG sales or retail store experience.
  • Strong proficiency in POS machine operations.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in Ndola.
