Tied Insurance Sales Agents – Innovate General Insurance

Position: Full-time | Zambia

Deadline: 21st November 2025

Main Duties

  • Market General Insurance products to customers effectively
  • Service customers after sales and address queries promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of all clients
  • Identify opportunities for new products and markets
  • Collect premiums, issue receipts, and cover notes
  • Report all client complaints to the company immediately

Requirements

  • Individual or sole trader above 25 years old
  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
  • Qualifications in Insurance or Marketing preferred
  • Experience in sales or insurance will be an advantage

Skills

  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with self-discipline
  • Capable of building lasting client relationships
  • Outgoing and confident when dealing with customers
