🔹 Core Responsibilities

  • Administer cash, mobile money, and electronic payment transactions
  • Issue receipts and manage transaction documentation
  • Post daily financial entries and maintain reconciled records
  • Safeguard company funds using disciplined cash-handling standards
  • Support administrative functions tied to operations excellence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready workstation
  • Deliver polished and courteous customer service
  • Assist with financial reporting as assigned
  • Ensure alignment with internal financial governance policies

🔹 Candidate Requirements

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related program
  • High numerical accuracy and precision mindset
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-directed with minimal supervision required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, POS systems, or accounting tools (added advantage)
