📋 Job Overview

National Breweries Plc is seeking motivated and responsible Driver/Salesmen to join its team in various locations across Zambia. This role combines sales, delivery, and customer service functions to ensure efficient distribution of company products and achievement of sales targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and daily loading plans for designated routes.
  • Ensure vehicles are loaded with adequate products to meet demand and assigned targets.
  • Deliver products promptly and maintain excellent customer relations.
  • Identify and explore new market opportunities along the delivery route.
  • Safeguard company cash and reconcile daily cash sales with product movements.
  • Ensure returnable empties are accounted for and meet reusability standards.
  • Minimize product loss and report all vehicle defects or safety issues promptly.
  • Drive responsibly and adhere to all traffic regulations.

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 School Certificate.
  • Certificate in Sales/Marketing (added advantage).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven driving and sales experience.
  • Valid Class C Driver’s License (P.S.V. and Defensive Driving an added advantage).
  • Must be over 18 years of age with no criminal record.
  • Strong arithmetic and cash-handling ability.
  • Hardworking, trustworthy, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and sober-minded character.
