The University is currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:


1. Clinical Administrative Assistant


The Clinical Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated administrative support regarding all clinical activities in the School of Medicine. The role primarily involves accurate data entry, systematic record keeping, and preparation of reports to ensure smooth and efficient clinical operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data-driven tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.


Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related administrative field.


Experience:


2+ years of administrative experience.

Experience in handling large data sets and generating reports.


2. Enrolment Advisor


The Enrolment Advisor serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrolment process from initial inquiry to final payment. This role involves filtering potential leads, collecting necessary documents, and managing communications to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to enrolled student.


Qualifications:


Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field


Experience:


Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct Sales with excellent communication skills
