POSITIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for motivated and skilled individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Building Foreman

    - Oversee site teams

    - Enforce safety standards

    - Ensure project milestones are met

2. Bricklayers

    - Skilled in building all types of structures for residential and commercial projects

3. Carpenters

    - Proficient in formwork, framing, and finishing carpentry

4. Electricians

    - Qualified for wiring, installations, and fault diagnostics

5. Charge Hand

    - Responsible for coordinating small teams and on-site operations

6. Welders

    - Experienced in structural steel welding with high-quality standards

7. Steel Fabricators

    - Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely

    - Follow blueprints and technical drawings

8. Plumbers

    - Carry out installation and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems

    - Repair and service toilets, sinks, showers, and related fixtures

    - Perform routine inspections to ensure systems are safe and functional

    - Diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing problems

QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 3 years of relevant experience (trade certificates preferred and previous employment references)

- Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork

- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic construction environments
