About the Role
The HR & Administration Assistant will support the HR department to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient administrative flow, and compliance with HR processes.
Assist with day-to-day HR & Admin tasks.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
Compile and update employee files and records.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Provide support for payroll and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Minimum Diploma in a business-related field.
Friendly personality and strong interpersonal skills.
