About the Role

Pull Green Ltd is hiring dynamic, customer-focused individuals for the Sales Assistant role at our Solwezi Branch. This position requires enthusiasm for sales, exceptional customer service, and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
  • Promote, present, and sell products and services using strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and customer retention targets.
  • Contribute to maintaining the company’s high customer service standards daily.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or a customer-facing role is an added advantage.
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literate with basic MS Office knowledge.
