Job Title: Personal Assistant to the MD
Purpose:
To manage the office of the Managing Director and support the daily activities of the division, ensuring smooth coordination, communication, and execution of administrative and operational tasks.
Reporting Relationship:
- Functionally Reports to: Country CEO/MD
- Administratively Reports to: Country CEO/MD
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the daily operations and activities of the Managing Director's office.
2. Follow up on payment instructions and ensure timely execution.
3. Track and coordinate memos from the division/directrate and route them for necessary approvals.
4. Handle internal and external calls/messages on behalf of the Managing Director.
5. Provide administrative and operational support to all units under the division.
6. Acknowledge, sort, review, and disseminate internal and external correspondence appropriately.
7. Arrange local and international travel for the Managing Director.
8. Perform ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Managing Director.

Required Knowledge & Qualifications:
1. Understanding of banking operations, policies, and procedures
2. Familiarity with organizational structure and administrative processes
3. Minimum of a first degree in a business-related field from a recognized University with at least a Credit or better.
4. Grade Twelve Certificate with at least Five (05) Credits or better, including Mathematics and English.
Previous Work Experience Requirements:
1. Minimum of One (1) year experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
