Confidence in Interviews Isn’t Optional
Interviews are 70% preparation and 30% presentation. To stand out:
Do Your Homework: Research the company’s mission, products, and recent news. Know their culture before you walk in.
Prepare STAR Answers: For behavioral questions, use Situation, Task, Action, Result. It shows structure and real impact.
Practice, Don’t Memorize: Rehearse common questions like “Tell me about yourself” and “Why should we hire you?”
Mind Your Body Language: Smile, maintain eye contact, and sit upright—it speaks louder than words.
Have Questions Ready: Ask insightful questions like, “What does success look like in this role?” to show engagement.
Close Strong: End with confidence: “I’m excited about this role and believe my skills align with your vision.”
